ここで、中国の観光客でもあまり知られていない、地元の人たちに愛される本場の成都レストランを3軒ご紹介したいです

今年はお店で女将さんを一度も見かけなかったので、もしかすると引退されたのかもしれません。料理は全体的に少し塩辛くなったように感じます。注文時に塩分控えめと伝えるのをおすすめします （中国語：“麻烦少放点盐，谢谢”）
I haven’t seen the lady owner in the shop at all this year, so I assume she may have retired. The food seems generally saltier now—I recommend asking them to go easy on the salt. （Chinese：“麻烦少放点盐，谢谢”）

About 700 metres from Kuixinglou (a popular food street in Chengdu), with Kuanzhai Alley and People’s Park also within easy walking distance
※ 近くにゴミ処理場がありますが、店内には臭いがしません

この三軒はいずれもそこまでしょっぱくないので、薄味が好きな方は「 少盐 （塩分控えめで）」と伝えると、より美味しく感じられるかもしれません
It's perfectly normal to find it hard to get used to local food at the beginning of an overseas trip. When I first travelled to Europe, I couldn’t stand coffee or cheese at all — but now, I’m absolutely addicted to both.
So I’ve listed these three restaurants in the order I think foreign friends might find easiest to enjoy.
